A Million Spoken Words

There are those who have been given the responsibility to speak on behalf of the many.

Senate
The House
Presidents
Prime Ministers
Priests
Teachers
Preachers
Actors
Poets
Authors
Mothers
Fathers
Sons
Daughters

They speak the convictions of their heart. They are often given an opportunity and audience to speak to. They utter hopeful words of imagination and wisdom with various motivations.

Some of these words move the heart to actions of love and compassion … or just the opposite.

All of these words make an imprint upon the mind of every listener.

Then there are others that have been given the same responsibility, opportunity and audience to speak the words they hope are wise; yet within their wisdom they understand sometimes there just aren’t any words that can be better heard than silence.

And in their silence the world finds a sense of peace, order and meaning that cannot be found in a million spoken words.
